Please be aware that we will re-fund any shipping over payment. Our system sometimes calculates the weight per item, and not actual weight as every item weighs differently. Please feel free to reach out and messages us if you have any concerns at checkout. Once again, when we process the orders and do the actual weigh in, the amount we pay is the amount you pay for shipping, we don't charge extra fees, and we will refund any overpayment. Please be aware, that our hand drawn items are for personal use only. We take time and lots of dedication when it comes to creating our designs. Please purchase for personal use only thank you so much :)
Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do upon request. You can email us with the custom details and we will get back to you with pricing and options. For custom orders, we would need about a few days (2-3) to be able to create and produce.
What is your return policy?
We unfortunately don't accept returns, so please read the item description carefully, and if you do have any questions you can definitely send us an email or message. We can make exchanges, however, the client will have to pay the shipping to return the item back to us.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes we do, ever so often we will have a sale and promotion, so make sure you are following us on Instagram @okyplans . You cannot combine multiple coupons, we will use the highest percentage off :).
How long does it take an order to ship?
We usually ship regular orders within a day or two. If you do order after 11am on Saturday, or on Sundays, the order will not ship out until that following Monday. Also, if there is a holiday, the post office will be closed and we will ship the following business day. Please keep in mind, we ship very fast, and unfortunately sometimes the USPS has delays or misplaces orders. Once we drop off the orders and scan them to provide proof of shipment, it is really out of our control as far as speed and accurate delivery specially for first class mail. We will gladly help you track and item and even call USPS in case of any issues.

In the event of a missing package due to USPS, the client/shopper, will have to contact USPS and provide tracking information to submit a claim. Once again, once we ship out any order, we are not held responsible for the package.

Please also make sure you enter the correct shipping information, as we cannot change the entered information in the system. If a package gets delivered to the address entered at check out and it is not correct, we are not responsible for that. Thank you.

During special events such as shop anniversary, Black Friday sale, and December shopping, our processing times can take 3-5 business days to complete as we may have a large amount of orders to complete. If you have any questions, once again please feel free to message us or email us. Thank you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Just keep in mind that any international mail has tracking up until it leaves the NY port, and once it is shipped to it's destination, the tracking provided won't work. We will only get a notification that the package was delivered. It can take up to 6 weeks to deliver, sometimes even more depending on the season. Once again, we are not held liable for any missing or delays, as we have no control what happens after we drop off and scan our orders. Thank you.
Do you also sell on Etsy?
We decided to open our own website as Etsy did remove certain items. Here you will find everything we carry. Etsy will not have our lux or fashionista designs, and t-shirts as well. Our shop is named @okyplansllc and you can find us there too. Unfortunately our coupon codes do not apply at checkout when shopping at Etsy.
